Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data necessary. When you register an account, you provide your name and email address; your password is stored in encrypted form and is not accessible to us. In your personal account you may optionally add your date of birth, sex, and notes about yourself.

If you use AI analysis, we process the text of your request and the flags you selected (e.g. "chronic", "congenital") — they are stored on our server together with the response (see section 2). If you write to us through the contact form — your name, email, subject, and message.

We also collect technical data about site visits (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for basic analytics and abuse prevention.

We do not request or collect special categories of personal data (such as exact medical diagnoses, document numbers, or payment details) — this site is not a medical service and does not store users' medical history.

When you submit a request for analysis, only the text of the request itself and the flags you selected are sent to the AI provider's servers — without your name, email, phone number, or any other data that could identify you.

The request text and response are stored in our database temporarily and in a limited volume — only what is needed to display the history in the personal account. History entries can be deleted or pinned for permanent storage, and saving new requests can be fully disabled in the personal account settings — in that case, new requests and responses never reach our database. This data is used solely for internal statistics and quality control of the service. For unauthenticated visitors, the request is processed anonymously (linked only to a temporary session identifier).

The conversation history within a single analysis session is stored temporarily, in the server's memory, and is reset when the server restarts or when you press "Start over".

Registration creates an account that stores your email, name, and an encrypted password. Your password is never stored or transmitted in plain text.

Profile data (date of birth, sex, notes) is used only to personalize the analysis and is not shared with third parties. You can change it at any time in your personal account.

Login uses an HttpOnly cookie, so your access token is not accessible to scripts on the page.

If you write to us through the Contacts page, the name, email, subject, message, and attachments (if any) you provide are sent to our mailbox via the Resend service and are used solely to respond to your inquiry.

We do not use this data for newsletters or other purposes without your separate consent, and we do not share it with third parties except as expressly stated in this policy.

To protect the service from overload and abuse, we temporarily limit the number of AI-analysis requests. The counter is not linked to the user's identity.

The site stores two technical settings in your browser's local storage (localStorage): your chosen theme (light/dark) and your chosen interface language. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

An HttpOnly cookie is used for authentication (not accessible to scripts). The Yandex.Metrica analytics service (see section 7) may set its own cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We use Yandex.Metrica to collect anonymized visit statistics: which pages are viewed, where a visitor came from, and their browser and device. This data helps us improve the site and is not used to establish your identity.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion. Passwords are stored encrypted; access to the server and to the mailbox receiving contact-form messages is restricted to the people responsible for the project.

We retain data no longer than necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. AI analysis requests and responses are stored in a limited volume and are automatically removed as new ones arrive (see section 2 for details).

We share data only with services technically necessary for the site to function: the AI analysis providers (anonymized request text), Resend (for delivering contact-form emails), and Yandex.Metrica (anonymized visit statistics).

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and we do not use it to serve personalized advertising.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and other applicable provisions of the law of the Russian Federation.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give at registration (by ticking the corresponding checkboxes), as well as the legitimate interests of the site owner in ensuring the service operates and remains secure.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time — simply write to us via the Contacts page (see section 12).

You can ask us what data we hold (including data related to your account and your contact-form submissions) and request that we correct or delete it — write to us via the Contacts page.

You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

If you are registered, you can change your profile data yourself in your personal account; to delete your account, write to us via the Contacts page.

This site is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Registration requires age confirmation. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

We may update this page from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. We will try to highlight significant changes separately.
