This Terms of Service agreement sets out the conditions for using the MetaHealer website (the "site", the "service"). By using the site, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with any of them — please don't use the site.

The site and its results are provided "as is", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or applicability to your specific case. You use the service at your own risk.

We are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results, for any delay in seeking medical care, or for any direct or indirect damages related to using the site.

If you have reason to suspect a serious illness, or you're experiencing an acute decline in your health — contact a doctor or emergency services directly, rather than waiting for or relying on the analysis from this site.

By using the site, you agree not to attempt to bypass the daily request limit, not to send automated or bulk requests (bots, scripts), not to use the service for unlawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt the site's operation (including through overload, hacking, or other harmful actions).

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the service for a specific user or IP address in case of violation of these rules.

Article texts, design, the logo, and other site materials belong to the site owner unless stated otherwise. You may read and share links to the site's materials, but may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without permission.

The text you enter for analysis remains yours — we don't claim any rights to it. Requests and responses are retained temporarily and in a limited volume (see the Privacy Policy, section 2); you can delete them or disable saving in your personal account.
